Anti-polio campaign will be started across Sindh from today.
According to the spokesperson of the Sindh Health Department, more than one crore children in Sindh will be given polio vaccine.
According to the spokesman, 5 cases of polio have been reported in Pakistan this year, 3 cases have been reported from Bannu district and 2 cases from Eastern district.
The spokesman said that several positive environmental samples of polio virus have been reported in Karachi in 2 months.
He said that the positive environmental patterns of Karachi are related to different parts of Afghanistan.
