The Pakistan Test squad for the tour of Australia started the camp at the Pindi Cricket Stadium. Under the leadership of director cricket team Mohammad Hafeez and bowling coaches, the players practiced hard.
On the first day of the training camp, Pakistan Test squad players practiced in three different nets.
Spin bowling coach Saeed Ajmal supervised the spinners while fast bowling coach Umar Gul supervised the fast bowlers in the nets.
Saeem Ayub, Saud Shakeel and Abdullah Shafiq played the nets under the leadership of Team Director Mohammad Hafeez.
Shadab Khan, Osama Mir, Usman Qadir, Ali Shafiq, Muhammad Ali and Samin Gul also participated along with the Test squad.
Shahnawaz Durmani felt discomfort during the nets due to which he was withdrawn from the camp.
According to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Babar Azam, Sarfaraz Ahmed and Usman Qadir have gone to Lahore to attend the wedding of fellow cricketer Imamul Haq. They will attend the second day of the camp.
