Qasim Ali Khan won the final of the fifth Chairman WAPDA Golf Tournament in Lahore, scoring 219 gross and securing the first position. Addressing the closing ceremony of the event, WAPDA Chairman Sajjad Ghani expressed his determination to continue sponsoring sports and clubs.
Qasim Ali Khan won the first position, Hussain Hamid second and Khalid Mehmood of Rawalpindi won the third position in the fifth Chairman WAPDA Golf Tournament played at the Royal Palm Club in Lahore.
Former Vice Chief of Army Staff General (Rtd) Ahsan Saleem Hayat was the chief guest of the closing ceremony.
Prizes were also distributed among the players who performed prominently on this occasion.
Chairman WAPDA Sajjad Ghani said that WAPDA will continue to patronize sports and athletes.
