Lahore: The case of the death of 6 people in the collision of vehicles has taken a new turn. Plaintiff Raffaat Ali filed another application against the underage driver.
In the case of the death of 6 people during the accident in defense, the plaintiff Raffakat Ali has alleged in the application that the young driver Afnan deliberately rammed the vehicle. Accused Afnan’s intention was to take the lives of all the people in the vehicle.

The police have started a side action after receiving the request. According to the sources, the case will be investigated under the provisions of murder.
It should be noted that the driver who killed 6 people in a car accident in Defense area of Lahore 3 days ago turned out to be a 16-year-old student of Afnan School, whose video statement given to the police has come out, in which he confessed. Told that the speed of the vehicle was more than 100.
Accused Afnan said in his statement that he is a student of eighth grade. It has been almost a year since I drove the car. He learned to drive from his cousin, his father and mother forbade him to go, but he stubbornly went. The car was at a speed of 110 when suddenly a car came from the front.
In the statement, the accused further said that there were barriers on both sides and we had no way to get the vehicle out. Some of the accused’s friends were also riding in the car. The accused was going to eat with his friends.

Meanwhile, the traffic police has decided to file a case against the underage drivers instead of challan. According to Traffic Police Lahore, FIR will be registered instead of challan on young drivers in future, as a result of which such people will not be eligible for government jobs due to criminal record, they will also have difficulty in getting visa and they will Will have a criminal record for life. In this regard, it has been appealed that parents should fulfill their responsibility and never allow their young children to drive.
