The Sindh High Court has asked the parties to respond by November 20 on the issue of non-payment of corona vaccine dues of a private company.
The court heard an application against the private company’s non-payment of corona vaccine dues.
Barrister Makhdoom Ali Khan, the petitioner’s lawyer, informed the court that the company provided more than 656.457 million vaccines during the Corona outbreak.
He said that the Sindh government had no objection to the quality and quantity of vaccines, but despite several reminders, dues were not being paid.
After hearing the arguments of the lawyer, the court issued a notice to the parties for November 20 and sought their response.
It should be noted that Chief Secretary Sindh, DG Health and others have been made parties in the petition.
The petition has requested that the parties be ordered to pay the dues immediately.
