Dr Qaiser Sajjad said that the system of running our health system is not correct. Unfortunately, the matter has now become public as to what is happening in the country.
Leaders of Senior Doctors Forum, Pakistan Medical Association and Pakistan Islamic Medical Association addressed a joint conference in Karachi.
Dr. Qaiser Sajjad further said that things worth crores are being bought for billions. A robot machine was purchased at Qatar Hospital Karachi ten years ago, now it has turned into junk.
He said that if a robot is so necessary, why is it not necessary in a private hospital? Chief Minister Sindh Maqbool Baqir is requested not to be influenced by anyone.
Dr. Sohail Akhtar said that when basic facilities are available, call for robots. He said that Sindh Health Minister’s position is correct, he supports it.
Dr. Waris of Young Doctors Association said that as doctors we want to solve basic health problems.
