In the 31st match of the World Cup, Bangladesh continues to bat against Pakistan, where they scored 185 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.

In this match being played at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata, Bangladesh won the toss and decided to bat first.

Pakistan fast bowler Shaheen Afridi started the bowling brilliantly and took 2 wickets in his first two overs.

After Shaheen Afridi, Haris Rauf also took a wicket in his first over, Bangladesh’s third wicket fell for 23 runs in the sixth over when Mushfiqur Rahim was caught out for 5 runs.

Later, Laton Das and Mehmoodullah formed a partnership to take the score to 102 runs, after which Laton Das scored 45 runs in 20.5 overs and was caught out in Iftikhar Ahmed’s over.

Bangladesh’s fifth wicket fell for 130 runs in 30.4 overs when Shaheen Afridi bowled Mahmudullah for 56 runs.

Later, in the next over, Bangladesh’s sixth wicket fell to 140 runs when Tawheed Haridway was caught off Osama Mir for 7 runs.

Bangladesh’s seventh wicket fell for 185 runs when the dangerous looking Shakibul Hasan was caught out in the 40th over by Haris Rauf. The Bangladeshi captain played an innings of 43 runs.

On this occasion, Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam said that if we had won the toss, we would have batted first, in the last match we did well in all three areas.
