Lahore: CCPO Lahore was summoned to court for naming the famous designer and activist Khadija Shah in the third case.
The High Court has issued a written order for hearing Khadija Shah’s contempt petition against the police officers, according to which the court has summoned CCPO Lahore on October 27 in personal capacity.

According to the written order of the court, CCPO Lahore submitted the reply through the official lawyer. CCPO’s reply could not satisfy the court, so CCPO Lahore himself appeared and explained.
Justice Ali Baqir Najafi issued the written order for the hearing on Khadija Shah’s request.
It should be noted that Khadija Shah had filed a contempt of court petition on being named in the third case.
