In the International Cricket Council (ICC) World Cup 2023, Pakistan’s head coach Grant Bradburn has named Pakistan’s secret weapon for the match against Sri Lanka.
Speaking to the media in Hyderabad Deccan, Grant Bradburn said that Mickey Arthur is our main weapon in the preparations for the match against Sri Lanka.
He said that in the team meeting today, Mickey Arthur gave very detailed points about the Sri Lankan players, he has coached the Sri Lankan team before, so he knows a lot about them.
The Green Shirts head coach added that as a team we respect each opponent and their abilities, we as a team are focused on how we have to perform to win.
He said that we have not played our best yet but that is not a matter of concern, I am sure that the team will play its best very soon.
Grant Bradburn also said that he has done his homework based on various information about Hyderabad’s conditions, having watched videos of international and domestic matches played here.
He said, “There is no doubt that we are not getting the desired results in the powerplay. We have full confidence in the players that they have the ability to give the team a good start.”
