Lahore: It was decided to conduct the trial of the attack on Jinnah House in jail.
The Punjab government has issued a notification for the trial of the Jinnah House attack accused in the jail, according to which the trial of all the accused will be held in the Central Jail, Lahore.
According to the notification, the trial of the attack on Askari Tower, the attack on Shadman police station and the arson case will also be held in the jail. The prosecution has completed the challan against the accused and submitted it to the court.
The special prosecutor of the Jinnah House attack case, Farhad Ali Shah, said in a conversation with the media that the number of accused in the Jinnah House attack case is very high. It is a difficult task to bring such a large number of accused from the jail to the court and bring them back. We are trying to complete the trial of the case as soon as possible. As per ATC rules, the case will be heard daily.
