Lahore: The police have arrested the accused named Mani while taking action regarding the removal of children’s bodies from the graves.
According to Express News, the accused who removed the bodies of children from graves in Lahore has been arrested. The accused named Mani was arrested by the Sanda police.
Police sources said that the accused has so far removed the bodies of five children from the graves. The accused appears to be mentally ill while a case under section 297 has been registered against him.
The police also said that the accused was against putting dirt on children’s graves. The accused used to remove the body from the grave a few hours after the burial of the children and kept it at a distance of ten to fifteen yards from the grave.
The police further said that the accused Mani used to inform the heirs of the dead body about his actions. Further investigation is going on against the accused.
