The bails of Sanam Javed and other accused were granted contrary to the facts, prosecutors said
Lahore: In the Jinnah House attack case, the prosecution has challenged in the Lahore High Court the move to grant bail to PTI women activists Sanam Javed and other accused.
The prosecution filed an appeal against the granting of bails and took the position that the bails of Sanam Javed and other accused were granted contrary to the facts.

The prosecution pleaded that the anti-terrorism court did not listen to the prosecution’s position while granting bail to Sanam Javed and other accused, so the court should declare the order granting bail null and void.
It should be noted that a few days ago, the Anti-Terrorism Court had granted bail to Sanam Javed and other accused.
