The Islamabad High Court suspended the notification of the suspension of the President and General Secretary of the Regional Cricket Association Islamabad.
Islamabad High Court Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan issued the written order of the previous hearing.
The court order said that the president and general secretary of the Regional Cricket Association Islamabad can continue to work in their positions.
The High Court has issued a notice to the parties for November 29 and asked them to respond within 2 weeks.
The court order said that according to the lawyer, the September 8 notification of suspension was a violation of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) constitution.
The court said that according to the counsel, the petitioner was never included in the enquiry, the petitioner was never heard.
