According to an estimate, 30 to 40 percent of deaths in Pakistan are caused by heart diseases, which are caused by medical experts due to lack of exercise and physical exertion, including obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol level, high blood and sugar level, sitting. Increasing hours, unhealthy food, unhealthy lifestyle and increased smoking are being blamed.

According to a recent report from the American Harvard University, American health experts have expressed concern that this growing trend of heart diseases is more common among young people in their 20s, 30s and 40s.

Medical experts have suggested to protect the youth from this disease by increasing physical activities in daily life and taking interest in sports.

According to experts, people of all ages, including young people, should do 30 to 40 minutes of physical exercise every day, participate in one sporting activity every day, eat a balanced diet and avoid smoking.
