Schools across Punjab will remain closed from tomorrow to Monday due to the outbreak of conjunctivitis.
Department of Schools Education Punjab has issued a notification to keep schools closed on Thursday and Saturday.
According to the notification issued, September 29 is a public holiday in the province due to Eid-e-Milad-ul-Nabi.
According to the notification, children suffering from conjunctivitis will not be allowed to come to school from Monday.
It should be noted that the Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi has directed private and public schools to be closed on Thursday and Saturday due to conjunctivitis.
