A special gender-based violence court issued a major order against the accused who raped his own real daughter, according to which the court sentenced the brutal accused Muhammad Rafiq to death and fined Rs 10 lakh.
Additional Sessions Judge Mian Shahid Javed pronounced the decision of the case.
It should be noted that a case 428/19 has been registered against the accused in Stokatla police station. During the hearing, the prosecutor Ayesha Tufail told the court that the accused committed brutality and extreme cruelty. The accused raped his own 14-year-old daughter. 11 witnesses recorded statements against the accused. It was requested in the petition that the crime against the accused has been proved, the court should order the punishment of the accused.
