Ingredients for Coffee:
Take fennel, celery, cumin, ginger and lemon to make a healthy weight loss coffee.
Now grate or finely chop a piece of ginger from one to one and a half inches long and grate it under the fan, similarly peel two large lemons and grate them finely.
Now store two spoons of celery, two spoons of white cumin, two spoons of fennel and dried ginger and lemon peels in an airtight container.
How to make coffee:
Add only half a teaspoon of coffee grounds to half to half a cup of water.

Consume only half a cup of coffee at a time.
