Director General (DG) Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) Shoaib Khoso has expressed his stand on the non-receipt of No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the national U-16 team for the South Asian Football Federation (SAF) Championship.
Talking to Geo News, Shoaib Khoso said that the reason for the delay in NOC is the Normalization Committee (NC) of Pakistan Football Federation (PFF).
Director General PSB said that we had not received complete documents from Pakistan Football Federation. The Football Federation was told that their documents were not complete.
Shoaib Khoso said that today the PFF lawyer also admitted that the documents were not complete. We still processed the case but there were objections from the ministry.
According to DGPSB, the Sports Board plays the role of a post office in the matter of NOC. NOCs come from the Ministry of Home Affairs and External Affairs.
