In a viral video, a man can be seen beating a 7-year-old child with a slipper after tying his hands and feet and tying his head to a cot after allegedly accusing him of theft at Ashiana Centre.
The child is saying that he did not steal but the abuser is beating him continuously.
According to the police, an accused seen in the video was arrested while the accused who tortured was arrested by police and special branch in Islamia Colony.
