The caretaker government of Punjab has decided to show the final of the World Athletics Championship on the big screen.
It should be noted that Pakistan’s Olympian Arshad Nadeem will also be seen throwing javelin in the final of the World Athletics Championship, from whom the nation hopes for a medal.
Arshad Nadeem will participate in the final of the javelin event of the championship after 11 pm tonight.
In the final, Arshad Nadeem is expected to face tough competition from Indian player Neeraj Chopra and German player Weber among other players.
In this regard, Sports Adviser Punjab Wahab Riaz has said that a big screen will be installed at Liberty Roundabout.
Wahab Riaz said that Arshad Nadeem is the glory of sports in Pakistan, Pakistani nation is praying for the success of Arshad Nadeem.
Commissioner Lahore Division Muhammad Ali said that fans should come to Liberty Roundabout and support Arshad Nadeem. It is the duty of all of us to welcome national heroes.
He said that a special screen is being arranged for the citizens today.
