Pakistan Women’s Cricket Team batting coach Tawfiq Umar has said that Mark Coles resigned due to personal commitments.
Talking to the media in Karachi, Tawfiq Umar said that the South African team is coming to Pakistan for the first time, it is an honor for us as the host.
Tawfiq Umar added that skills camps have been organized for women players in Lahore and Karachi, our preparations against South Africa are going well.
He said that even in power hitting, the performance of the players is showing improvement, the skills of the players have been worked on during the camp.
The batting coach of the national women’s team also said that Mark Coles resigned due to personal commitments, Nida Dar is an experienced player, has experience in international sports.
He said that the South African team is balanced, interesting matches will be seen.
Tawfiq Umar said that giving contracts to 74 players in domestic cricket is a good practice, it will help new players.
