Malaria cases are increasing all over Sindh, 1000 people are suffering from malaria every day in the province.
According to the Sindh Health Department, more than 10,000 cases of malaria have been reported in 10 days of January.
The Health Department says that 50 thousand 46 people were screened in 10 days, of which 10 thousand 31 people have been confirmed to have malaria virus.
Maximum 2920 cases were reported in Umarkot while least one case was reported in West District of Karachi.
The Health Department said that a total of 38 people were affected by malaria in Karachi, including women and children.
The Health Department also says that last year, 4 lakh people were infected with malaria and 24 people died.
