A nutritionist has shared a video on Instagram, in which she is seen emphasizing to start the day with bananas, almonds or raisins instead of tea or coffee.

He said in his video that if you are facing problems in the digestive system or feel tired and more hungry even after you eat, then you should start your day with a banana, but if for some reason you do not have a banana. If you can’t or don’t like bananas, eat any seasonal fruit.

If you feel low on energy throughout the day, start your day with raisins soaked in water, he added.

If you are diabetic or have trouble sleeping, choose local varieties of almonds as they are rich in nutrients, he said.
