The District and Sessions Courts Islamabad issued a bail decision against Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan in the May 9 incidents case.
Judge Mohammad Haroon issued the bail decision in the case registered at Khana police station.
The court said in the verdict that a case was registered against the Chairman PTI for inciting the workers.
The court declared that there is no evidence of PTI chairman’s tweet or video message after the arrest, it cannot be concluded that the PTI chairman manipulated himself into arrest by the High Court.
The court said in the verdict that more than 180 cases of the same nature are registered against Chairman PTI, the malice of the prosecution cannot be ruled out from the cases.
The court ruled that like other co-accused, the bail of Chairman PTI is also confirmed.
