The order to stop the disciplinary action against Chairman PTI returned

Lahore: The High Court has withdrawn its order to stop disciplinary action against Chairman PTI.

A hearing was held on the request to consolidate the cases filed against the chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and stop the proceedings, in which the Lahore High Court withdrew the order to stop the disciplinary proceedings in the cases of the Chairman PTI.

Chairman PTI’s lawyer Intizar Hussain told the court that the senior lawyer is not available, adjournment should be given. The court shall not withdraw the order of suspension of disciplinary proceedings.

Justice Alia Neelum of Lahore High Court, while withdrawing the order to stop disciplinary action in the cases, postponed the next hearing of the application for an indefinite period.

It should be noted that in the petition filed by Chairman PTI, it was requested to consolidate the cases filed across Punjab.
