Sindh Local Government Minister Nasir Hussain Shah has announced to start the Sindh Premier League from September 19, six teams will participate in the event.
Nasir Hussain says that the new talent of the province will come out from the Sindh League, Pakistan will get good cricketers.
The team participating in the Sindh Premier League under the name of Benazir Abad Lal signed an agreement with the sponsor organization, which was held in the hall of the Sindh Assembly.
Shahid Afridi from Benazirabad Lal’s team will also be in action, Shahid Afridi is also the brand ambassador of the league while former test cricketer Abdul Razzaq is the mentor of the league.
Addressing the ceremony, Provincial Local Government Minister Nasir Hussain said that new talent will emerge from the Sindh League.
On this occasion, Shahid Afridi said that like Sindh, the league should be organized in Balochistan so that the talent of Balochistan can also come forward.
Former test cricketer Abdul Razzaq said from the ceremony that every child of the province will be seen in action from the Sindh League.
In the league under Sindh government, Misbah-ul-Haq will be the head coach of Hyderabad Bahadurs while Shoaib Malik is the icon player of this team.
