A woman in the UK has beaten a deadly disease. Victoria Denison, 33, worked two jobs, working a total of 60 hours a week.
According to foreign media reports, the doctor told her it was a problem with intestinal edema, but Victoria suspected that she had a much more complicated problem.
For a year, Victoria went to different doctors, then had a colonoscopy, which revealed she had Crohn’s disease.
Victoria was rushed to the hospital complaining of severe abdominal pain, the doctors told her that she was only a 24-hour guest, and suggested an immediate surgery.
He underwent surgery in 2014, during which doctors removed 18 inches of his intestines from his body and replaced them with a bag.
“I was telling the doctors not to put the bag on me but that was the only option I had,” Victoria said.
Before the surgery, she used to visit the washroom 15 to 20 times a day.
Now she has created a support center to fight Crohn’s disease where she is helping hundreds of people suffering from this disease.
