Federal Health Minister Abdul Qadir Patel has confirmed the polio virus in the environmental sample of Lahore.

Abdul Qadir Patel says that for the first time in 2023, the virus has been confirmed in the environmental sample of Lahore.

He said that the last case of polio from Lahore was reported in July 2020.

The health minister further said that the virus found in Gulshan-e-Ravi is related to the polio virus found in Nangarhar, Afghanistan.

Abdul Qadir Patel also says that Pakistan and Afghanistan are united in the fight against polio.

- Weather reports for my local area
- Press clippings
- Published letter to the editor in Daily The Spokesman, Islamabad
- Collaborative biography as a Group Lead on the Personality of Dr. Adeeb ul Hassan Rizvi, founder of Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation
