NAB Amendment Ordinance 2023 has been issued, Acting President Sadiq Sanjrani has signed the NAB Amendment Ordinance.
Acting President issued the NAB Amendment Ordinance 2023 on the advice of the Prime Minister.
Sources of the Ministry of Law and Justice say that under NAB rules, the arrested accused can be kept on physical remand for 30 days instead of 14.
Chairman NAB will be able to issue arrest warrants for the accused for non-cooperation in the investigation, the federal cabinet had approved the proposed amendments.
