In connection with the preparation of the Test series in Sri Lanka, the training camp of the Pakistan senior and Shaheens teams for the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Men’s Emerging Asia Cup to be held in Sri Lanka is starting from tomorrow.
The senior team will practice at the National Stadium in Karachi, while the Shaheens will train at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore.
Pakistan’s men’s cricket team under the leadership of Babar Azam will leave for the host country on July 8 to play a series of two Test matches. The players will train from 9 am to 3 pm.
On the other hand, the Pakistan Shaheens team will also start training in Lahore from tomorrow to participate in the ACC Emerging Asia Cup starting from July 14 in Sri Lanka.
The Shaheens team will hold sessions at the National Cricket Academy and LCCA ground. The team is led by the young wicketkeeper batsman Mohammad Haris, the team will travel to Sri Lanka on July 11.
