The Peshawar High Court has issued a written decision on the issue of the election of the Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
The counsel for the parties presented a copy of the decision of the Balochistan High Court.
The Peshawar High Court issued an injunction against the election of PCB Chairman and sought answers from the parties.
Former member Board of Governors (BOGs) Kabir Afridi had taken the stand in the petition that 9 out of 16 members of BOGs were allowed to elect the chairman.
It was stated in the petition that the educational qualification of the person nominated for PCB chairman is not complete while the meeting of the management committee is also illegal.
The petitioner had requested the court to stop the selection process of Chairman PCB.
The High Court adjourned the hearing for an indefinite period.
