Former captain of Indian cricket team and legendary batsman Saruv Ganguly has said that the quality of India-Pakistan match has gone down for some time.
In a statement, Sarv Ganguly said that there is a lot of talk about India-Pakistan match in this year’s World Cup, but the quality of the match between the two teams has not been good for a long time now.
He said that India and Pakistan have been winning one-sided matches for many years. The Green Shirts defeated the Blue Caps in the T20 World Cup for the first time in a World Cup.
The former Indian captain further said that India did not play well in the last T20 World Cup, Pakistan is a good team. Matches of green shirts will also be good in the World Cup.
He said that the match between India and Australia will be more standard in the World Cup than the Pakistan-India match.
Sarv Ganguly also said that Pakistan’s batsmen play well on batting friendly pitches while they are also bowled well by the green shirt fast bowlers on the pitches.
