CTD operation in Multan, TTP main commander arrested

Lahore: In view of terrorism concerns, CTD arrested a key commander of TTP during an intelligence-based operation.

According to CTD spokesman, the arrest of the terrorist was carried out from Multan, from which explosives, fuses, phones and cash were recovered.

The terrorist was identified as Kamal, against whom a case has been registered and the investigation is ongoing.

Officials said that 25 suspects were arrested during 479 combing operations this week, 17398 people were questioned in combing operations.

CTD is committed to rooting out the scourge of terrorism, pursuing the goal of a safe Punjab.
