Notice issued on application against appointment and transfer of officers in Punjab

Lahore: The Lahore High Court has issued notices on the petition against the appointment and transfer by the Caretaker Government of Punjab.

A hearing was held on the request of Tehreek-e-Insaaf against transfer and posting.

Justice Jawad Hassan sent the petition to the Chief Justice Lahore High Court and requested that a full bench be formed to hear the petition.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi and others have challenged the move of transfer and posting in Punjab. In the petition, the federal government and others have been made parties.

In the petition, the position was adopted that the Election Commission has issued the schedule of by-elections in the constituencies of the National Assembly, the caretaker government is also making appointments and transfers in the respective constituencies.
