Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif made the salaries of Frontier Constabulary (FC) officers and jawans equal to that of Pakistan Army.
According to the announcement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, there was a difference in the salaries of the FC compared to the Pakistan Army, which the Prime Minister announced to abolish.
The Prime Minister made this announcement during his visit to Parachinar on the Pak-Afghan border in a speech yesterday.
The statement further said that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif took this step in recognition of FC’s services and sacrifices for the country and the nation.
