An alleged police encounter took place in Nishtar Colony area of Lahore in which the detained accused was killed.
SSP Anush Masood says that the arrested accused was being taken to arrest other accomplices when 5 accomplices of the accused opened fire on the police party.
According to the police, the accused Hamad was killed by the firing of his own colleagues, the dead accused was recorded in several cases of murder and robbery.
