The High Courts of Lahore and Peshawar have issued notices to the Federal Government, PCB Election Commissioner and other parties and sought their response.
The Peshawar High Court has adjourned the hearing of the case for an indefinite period.
The notification to hand over the affairs of the Pakistan Cricket Board to the Election Commissioner was also challenged in the Islamabad High Court.
Islamabad High Court reserved the decision regarding the admissibility of the application.
It should be remembered that the election of PCB Chairman was supposed to be held today, yesterday the Balochistan High Court had ordered to stop the elections.
