Former Federal Finance Minister Miftah Ismail has resigned from the post of General Secretary of Muslim League-N Sindh.
Miftah Ismail wrote a letter to Secretary General PML-N Ahsan Iqbal and informed about his resignation.
According to the sources, Miftah Ismail also announced his resignation from all the party committees of the PML-N.
In this regard, Miftah Ismail says that he will not be active in electoral politics.
He said that not only the party but also the government, I thank the party leadership for handing over the responsibilities.
Miftah Ismail says that party leader Nawaz Sharif and President Shehbaz Sharif have been very kind and considerate towards me, I will always be grateful to them for their support and trust.
He also said that I wish to see a socially just, economically stable Pakistan. I have good wishes for you, the party and all the leaders.
