According to the sources, Punjab Council of Arts Director Accounts and Finance Maqbool Ahmed Rana is among the officers who have been regularized and promoted. According to the sources, Divisional Director Gujranwala Arts Council Ghulam Abbas and Divisional Director Bahawalpur Arts Council Sajjad Hussain were also promoted against the rules, Director Multan Arts Council Muhammad Saleem is also among the officers who were promoted against the law.
