The former Pakistan captain has sent a legal notice to the management committee of the board and the IPC ministry and the chief election commissioner to stop Najam Sethi, the head of the management committee of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), from working.
In the legal notice, the chief election commissioner and the federal ministry have been requested to stop the management committee headed by Najam Sethi from holding meetings including the use of all kinds of power.
According to the text of the notice, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif had given the management committee time to work till June 19.
It should be noted that the important meeting of the management committee of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has been called this evening, the chairman of the management committee Najam Sethi will preside over the meeting.
The main agenda of the meeting is the formation of the governing board of the Pakistan Cricket Board.
