Pakistan has applied to reschedule tomorrow’s match against India in the South Asian Football Federation (SAF) Championship.
The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has requested SAF to reschedule the match due to visa delays and flight disruptions.
According to sources, on the request of PFF, SAAF will take a decision in consultation with all teams and commercial partners, Pakistan football team is still in Mauritius.
It has become impossible for the national footballers to reach Bangalore, India before tomorrow morning, as Pakistan has to face India in the tournament tomorrow evening.
Sources say that the Pakistan football team is finding it difficult to get 32 seats together on a single flight, as the players can travel from Mauritius to Bangalore on two separate flights.
It should be noted that the Pakistan football team could not depart on the scheduled flight on Sunday due to the delay in the visa.
