The Islamabad High Court has fixed Fawad Chaudhry’s application against the Election Commission’s show cause notice for hearing tomorrow.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Aamir Farooq will hear the application of Fawad Chaudhry against the Election Commission’s show cause notice.
Fawad Chaudhry’s brother Faisal Chaudhry filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court.
The petitioner took the position that the Election Commission’s show cause notice is an excess of authority and against the law.
