The former Test cricketer spoke on various topics while participating in the podcast of well-known YouTuber Nadir Ali.

Answering a question about the remuneration received by YouTubers, Abdul Razzaq said that I started my career with a match against Zimbabwe in 1996, at that time we were paid 10,000 per match, later it was increased. And in 2000, two and a half lakh rupees started to be paid, while the amount for first-class cricket in India at that time was very high.
He said that all our earnings were for the national cricket team. There was no central contract before 2001, when we averaged well, playing about 35 ODIs and 10 Tests a year.
The YouTuber asked the former player about the time he took a leave from cricket, how much the players were paid by that time?
On the YouTuber’s question, Abdul Razzaq said that until he retired from international cricket in 2013, the salary had increased to Rs. Is.
He further said that at that time he used to have good sponsors and advertisements which used to generate good income.
If we talk about cricket, Abdul Razzaq was also a part of the national team squad in ICC World Cup 2009 T20 which was won by Pakistan. He has played 265 ODIs and 46 Tests but is now involved in coaching.
