The statement of CCPO Peshawar came out on the incident of the body of a militant being tied to the body of the police in Peshawar.
Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Peshawar Police has suspended the SHO of Matni police station and has also constituted a committee to investigate the matter.
CCPO says that SHO has been suspended and SP Sadar Division has been appointed as inquiry officer for investigation.
He further said that man is alive or dead? His desecration will not be tolerated.
CCPO said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police will play a role in the fight against terrorism within the ambit of law. This action was a personal act of the SHO, upon which he was suspended.
He further said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police fully believes in human rights.
