Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei says that if Iran wants to build nuclear weapons, the West cannot stop it.
Ayatollah Khamenei has said in his statement that Iran’s nuclear weapons are a lie and the West knows this too.
They say that we don’t want nuclear weapons on the basis of our religious beliefs, if that happens, the West cannot stop us.
Iran’s Supreme Leader added that it is better to have an agreement with the West, but Iran’s nuclear industry must be respected.
Ayatollah Khamenei has also said that Iran should continue working with the United Nations nuclear watchdog under the safeguards framework.
