During the hearing, Chairman PTI’s lawyer Khawaja Haris and Election Commission’s lawyer Amjad Parvez appeared before the court.
Khawaja Haris requested to adjourn the hearing of the case till next week.
Amjad Pervez, the lawyer of the Election Commission, said that the court has stopped the proceedings of the trial court. If they are asking for time, I have no objection.
At the same time, the lawyer of the Election Commission requested the trial court to withdraw the order to stop the proceedings and said that the court can prevent the trial court from issuing the final decision by terminating the stay. .
Chairman PTI’s lawyer Khawaja Haris said that I have also filed an application regarding the jurisdiction of the trial court.
The lawyer of the Election Commission said that the time of 6 weeks was given, still the proceedings of the trial court are pending.
Chairman PTI’s lawyer Khawaja Haris said that there is another similar case, he did not go there for one and a half years.
Election Commission’s lawyer said that this is a case against the former chief executive.
The Supreme Court has extended the order to stay the criminal proceedings against Chairman PTI in the Tosha Khana case till June 14.
