National cricket team captain Babar Azam is all set to represent Colombo Strikers in the Lankan Premier League.
Babar Azam, the reigning batsman at the number one position in the ODI rankings, recently met Colombo Strikers owner Sagar Khanna and discussed the Lankan Premier League starting July 31.
The captain of the national team says that the meeting with Sagar Khanna was excellent, he has good knowledge about cricket, I hope that my experience and everyone else in Colombo Strikers will be good, I like this kind of management. which supports players.
On the other hand, Sagar Khanna, the owner of Colombo Strikers, met Babar Azam and described the experience as pleasant and said that Babar Azam is an excellent player and a good example for all young players. It should be noted that the player auction for the Lankan Premier League will take place on June 14 and Colombo Strikers will be hoping to sign some very talented players.
Apart from Babar Azam, Muttisha Pathirana, Naseem Shah and Chamika Karunaratne are already in the squad for the Colombo Strikers.
It may be noted that national team captain Babar Azam is one of the first cricketers to join Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program where he participated along with Mohammad Rizwan.
