It is good news for the people of Balochistan that the provincial government has finally decided to start the health card program which has been in cold storage for 4 years.
In Balochistan in 2018, the government of former Chief Minister Jam Kamal had initially announced the issuance of health cards in the provincial budget.
In 3 budgets of the Jam Kamal era, the implementation of health card could not be implemented.
After the change of government, during the regime of Chief Minister Abdul Qudous Bizenjo, this project once again fell into cold storage.
Now 3 months before the end of the term of the provincial government, the work of issuing the health card has been accelerated.
Under this program, after 2 months, 18 lakh families of the province will get free treatment facilities worth up to 10 lakh rupees.
