Gujranwala: Chaudhry Parvez Elahi’s spokesman was arrested by the police from the court premises.
Chaudhry Muhammad Iqbal, spokesperson of Tehreek-e-Insaf Central President Chaudhry Pervez Elahi, was arrested from the court premises before the appearance of former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervez Elahi, after which he was taken to an unknown location by the police in a van.
Reacting to the arrest of Chaudhry Muhammad Iqbal from the premises of the Sessions Court, his son Ali Iqbal Chaudhry said that there is no case against my father and he has not broken any law. A few people in police uniform came and caught them and took them to an unknown place. They are representatives of the media, this treatment of them is an attack on the freedom of the press.
