Punjab Information Minister Aamir Mir says that the judicial magistrate who gave immediate relief to Chaudhry Parvez Elahi has already given relief to Parvez Elahi and Muhammad Khan Bhatti in five cases.
Accusing in his statement, Information Minister Punjab Aamir Mir said that a judge with political affiliation is giving judgments in FIA and anti-corruption cases.
Amir Mir said that the political commitment of the judicial magistrate is clear, his social media page is the most important proof of political commitment.
The provincial minister further said that while discharging Pervez Elahi from the case, the facts were ignored.
